Golden, Senior City Planner DATE: June 25, 1990 SUBJECT: Winchester DRI With respect to the above, the City requires that the developer pay a fee at the time of submittal of the annexation application ($500) and the application to amend the future land use element and rezone ($1,200). However, there is no fee listed for a DR! application. In the past, the former Planning Director would determine an appropriate fee based on the projected number of man-hours that would be required for the review of the application by the City staff. The developer is planning to submit the above application later this summer and has requested information as to the fees that would be required. The Planning Department recommends that the applicant be billed based upon the number of man-hours that are required for ~proCeSSing and review of the DRI project; however, we would like ;a' to have your consent before informing the applicant of same. , L~I ~ 4MES i. .
