Power and Light Company has no objection to the abandonment of the buffer wall, drainage,
and landscape easement described in Exhibit "A" as:

SUBJECT: Jonathan's Grove - Application to abandon portions of buffer wall,
drainage and landscape easements
This Department has no objection to proposed abandonment from the standpoint of
water and sanitary sewer serviceability. We question, however, what impact the
reduction of easement size would have on the effectiveness of the storm drainage
system. We would recommend that trees and shrubs not be relocated into the swale
areas where they would impede the flow of stormwater. We also recommend that
the Development Department re-visit the stormwater calculations to determine what,
if any, detrimental impacts might result from this change.
Please refer any questions on this matter to Peter Mazzella of this office.
