Revised Landscape Plans
Dear Mr. Nguyen:
As discussed at meetings last month, my client and I would like to resolve the approvals required
for the landscape buffer strip along the south property line of the subject site. You may recall that
this development is subject to a Stipulat1an Ageement with a specific condition for a "combination
of landscaping and wall" to be provided as a buffer along the south property line. The condition
also requres approval from the adjacent Golfview Harbour Estates Homeowners Association (HOA).
On April 28, 1999, Elizabeth Maylott, president of the HOA, provided a letter indicating their
approval of the concept of a combinatlan of landscaping and wall. This letter and the sketch that
was provided to Ms. Maylott was forwarded to your office on April 29, 1999. A copy is attached
for your reference.
To implement this buffer concept, you requested that I provide you with revised plans and a $100
review fee for a minor site plan revision. Enclosed along with the $100 fee are two (2) copies each
of the currently approved plan and the proposed landscape plan. The site plan remains
unchanged. Please review these plans and call me should you have any questions or comments.
If acceptable, please provide us with a letter indicating that they are approved for our file and
use during permitting.
On behalf of the client, I appreciate your assistance with this matter and hope it can be resolved
quickly. As you know, the project is well under construction and the contractor would like to begin
work on the wall as soon as possible.
