Section 7, Submission Requirements.
Each applicant shail submit to the Planning and Zoning Department the following plans and exhibits in the number
of copies specified by the Planning and Zoning Department, logether with a Site Plan Review application and a
fee adopted by resolution by '.he City Commission.

A, ExistinCl site characteristics map: A sealed survey, not older than six months, showing all adjacent streets.

June 1. 1990 will be subject to the City's Concurrency Management Ordinance. and cannot be approved unless pubiic facilities
(potable water, sanitary sewer, drainage, sOlid waste, recreation, park, and road faciiities) would be available to serve the
proJect. consistent with the leveis of service which are adopted in the City's ComprehenSive Plan:
