The intent of this minor change is to move around the square footages of various buildings, so as to increase the square footage of Building "A" from the previous total of 71,134 sf by a total of8,199 sf To a new total of79,533 sf Thishasbeen accomplished by removing the "chamfer" edge of the building from the previous configuration. In order to address a "no net change" in the project balances, we have made the following adjustments in the future buildings as follows: · Building "B" reduced from previous 83,305 sfby 4,200 sf to a new total of 79, 105 sf · Building "c" reduced from previous 74,084 sfby 4,199 sf to a new total of69,885 sf Attached to this letter is a summary sheet of total development areas for your perusal. Our proposed revision does not impact the current parking levels, nor landscapittg requirements of the project. Furthermore, our site remains the same, with some minor adjustments of landscaping and parking locations as shown. Other considerations notwithstanding, our site will accommodate such an increase with no additional encumbrances to those previously satisfied. Included in this submission are ten (10) copies those plans and exhibits as required, along with the requisite fee. Also, for your review, I have included a letter of authorization by the owner, directing this effort to be handled on his behalf by Donahue & Company. Thank you for your time and cooperation in this effort. Should you have any further questions of clarifications, please do not hesitate to contact me directly. Sincerely, DE & crJMPANY, INe. Also, the building, roadway and utility easement previously rotated at a (10 degree angle) has been slightly reduced (to a rotation of five degretl angle) achieve the overall gross building footage to its proposed 79,533 SF The inlent ofthis minor challllC is to increase the square footage of Building "A" to a higher allowable building tbotprint. Parkinll has been in several isolated instances relocated, but not compromised. We still maintain an excess of open space and parking in salisfacti\)n of the overall project requirements. Our proposed revision does not impact the current parking levels, nor landscaping requirements of the projecl. Furthermore, our site remains the same, with some minor adjustments of landscaping and parki~g locatIons as shown. We do not intcnd (0 modify the other Building "B" or OQc-15-9S 11:3BA DONAHUE & COMPANY 56139~265 P.03 Building "C" of the project alIbis lime. Also, revisions to Dumpster location and orientation are in keeping with those comments recently reflected by Public Works officials. Other considerations notwithstanding, our site will accommodate such an increase witl1 no additional encumbrances to those previou~ly satisfied. Thank you for your time and cooperation in this cffort Should you have any further questions of clarifications, please do not hesitate to contact me directly.
