Dear Mr. DeCarlo
Pursuant to our recent meetings on the above subject, please find attached our submission
for consideration to the proposed Site Plan Modifications as discussed.
The intent of this minor change is to increase the square footage of Building "A" by less
than ten percent to a higher allowable building footprint. Our proposed revision does not
impact the current parking levels, nor landscaping requirements of the project.
Furthermore, our site remains the same, with some minor adjustments of landscaping and
parking locations as shown. We do not intend to modify the other Building "B" or
Building "c" of the project at this time.
Other considerations notwithstanding, our site will accommodate such an increase with
no additional encumbrances to those previously satisfied.
Included in this submission are ten (10) copies those plans and exhibits as required, along
with the requisite fee. Also, for your review, I have included a letter of authorization by
the owner, directing this effort to be handled on his behalf by Donahue & Company.
