City of Boynton Beach shall be reviewed by the varrous boards, commissions, staff personnel and other parties
designated, appointed or employed by the City of Boynton Beach, and any such party reviewing the same shall

For out notes and file, I have summarized the tasks to be completed/conducted prior to the Commission review of SAPS:
Traffic - Thoroughly familiarize ourselves with traffic patterns in the area (and potential patterns);
Determine the status of the county's review of the study and the characteristics of their review with respect to
turning movements, current LOS of US 1;
-Determine applicant's willingness to agree to traffic route policies to promote to congregation and control actions
including
Sheriffs office assistance when demand warrants same;
Land Uses-Just familiarize ourselves with area land uses;
Fencing along FEC-Just determine willingness of applicant to add a fence (4 feet? Anything higher could be less aesthetic)
along the FEC:
Have a map identifying adjacent uses (maybe on an aerial photo with the boundaries of the project marked and uses
marked including overlay-sometimes it turns out);
Drainage requirements and characteristics of the area-remember that the subject project is not responsible to solve off-site
drainage deficiencies:
