Alhambra South Agreement
It came to my attention that there was some question regarding the interpretation of units
as it relates to this agreement. On page 2, under Article II Section A(2) the term units is
used synonymously with the term beds, Therefore, this agreement should be interpreted
to mean a maximum of 248 beds are allowed, How those beds are to be distributed
among a 1,2, or 3 bedroom design is left up to the developer (Le, 248 one bedroom, 124
two bedrooms or 82 three bedrooms or some combination of the above), Please place this
in the file for future inquires, Thank you,
