It should be noted that minor revisions have been made to the ordinance, as agreed to by staff and the applicant. These include limiting the ancillary gasoline establishments to operators of principal use (as opposed to property owners) and to remove car wash establishments as a permitted use for ancillary gasoline establishments. A building or structure incidental to, subordinate to and subservient to the principal building or structure located on the premises. Ancillary Use. A use incidental to, subordinate to and subservient to the principal use of the premises. Automotive service station. The use of a building... 3. Development standards which applv to all gasoline disoensing establishments except those described under Subsection 4 of this Section I. below: a. Location (1) All gasoline dispensing establishments not determined to be ancillary uses as described in Subsection 4 below shall be located only at the intersection f any combination of the following roads as designated in the Boynton Beach omprehensive Plan: ... When the buffer separates the Dortion of the property on which the gasoline disoensing establishment is located from other commercial prooertv. the buffer shall not be required to contain a concrete wall.
