Article I, Definitions - All definitions shall be consistent with those that are adopted in the 1997 Standard Building Code, as amended, and the Boynton Beach Code of Ordinances, Land Development Section. 2, Article IV, Operation of the Shopping Center, Section 4.1 - Verbiage should be added that the use shall be consistent with the requirements of the Boynton Beach Code of Ordinances, Chapter 2. 3. Article IV, Operation ofthe Shopping Center, Section 4.2 - Verbiage should be added that parking requirements shall be consistent with the Florida Accessibility Code and with the Boynton Beach Code of Ordinances, Chapter 2, parking requirements sections. 4. Article IV, Operation of the Shopping Center, Section 4.2E -Verbiage should be added that building finish floor elevations shall meet Federal Emergency Management Agency and South Florida Water Management District requirements. 5. Article IV, Operation of the Shopping Center, Section 4.4 - Verbiage should be added that site lighting shall comply with the requirements of the Boynton Beach Code of Ordinances. 6. Article IV, Operation of the Shopping Center, Section 4,5 - Verbiage should be added that all signs shall comply with the Boynton Beach Code of Ordinances, Chapter 21. 7. Article IV, Operation of the Shopping Center, Section 4,7 - Add verbiage that parking requirements shall be consistent with the Florida Accessibility Code and the Boynton Beach Code of Ordinances, Chapter 2, parking requirements sections. 8. Article V, Miscellaneous, Section 5.17A - Verbiage should be added that the landscape buffer shall meet the requirements of the Boynton Beach Code of Ordinances. The applicant is indicating that they will be using barbed wire on top of their buffer wall. Barbed wire is only allowed in M-l zones per the Boynton Beach Code of Ordinances. 9, Article V, Miscellaneous, Section 5.17C - Add verbiage "ofthe Boynton Beach Code of Ordinances" after the word "requirements." 10. Article V, Miscellaneous, Section 5.17E - Add verbiage that rooftop equipment shall be screened from view a minimum of 600 feet from the building in all directions per the Boynton Beach Code of Ordinances.
