Dear Mr. Aguirre:
In response to your request for the administrative review and approval of modifications proposed to the
above-referenced, approved site plan, please be informed that the proposed change regarding the rotation
of the Phase I building 90 degrees clockwise as shown on the revised plans date stamped 11/08/00 is
"minor", as defined within the Land Development Regulations, Chapter 4- Site Plan Review. Please be
advised that this approval does not include landscaping revisions necessary to conform to the new
building site. A separate minor modification must be submitted for landscaping.
This project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit application. Be advised
that the proposed change may require a modification to the building permit. Please contact me at (561)

Dear Sir,
Pursuant to your request, we hereby present you this letter stipulating the building
orientation revisions in order to unifY Phase I front elevation with Phase II front
elevation. The following changes shall occur:
1. The existing front elevation currently faces west, therefore the building shall be
rotated 90 deg. clockwise in order that the front elevation will face north.
2. The building will also be shifted toward the north so that it may line up with
Phase II building.
3. The existing north Drainage retention area shall be relocated towards the side
rear.
