FL 33317, Re: Vehicle Op~rations - Boynton Beach chapel Dear Mr. Shropa, As you are aware. we do not use our buildings for ar:)thing other than chu;ch-related activities. We do not use our facilities for daycare centers or tempo:al schooling activity of all)' type. We do not rent Ollt our :'aciIiLi<:s to organizations nor do we make them available for p:Jb Iic fU:1ctions. Consequently, vehicle operadons (defined as round- trips to and from the building, family member drop-offs or pick-ups etc.) are less than is typical for a building of this size and nature. Typlca!ly, the greatest number of vehicle operarions occurs en Sundays. A ward like the Boynton Beach ward will ger, erate, on average, 55-100 vehicle operations throllg~oul the entire day. During the week., youth activities typically take place en one night in the middle of the week and there might be 20-35 vehi:::Ie ope;-aticns, at the most. Mondays, there are no vehicle operations. During the rest of the weekda~'s the usual level of operations to and frem th-= bt:ilding is less than 20. The only exceptions :0 this schedule would be if a ward social ""as held on a F:'iday, Saturday or a holiday. I hope this letter ",ill provide you with the information you need.
