As you know, the City and the County have committed grant funds for the Dolphin Square Project, a project which includes not only the expansion of the Dolphin Bar into a restaurant, but also calls for a two story office building to be associated with the restaurant. At your convenience, could you please send me a description of her submittal (with appropriate staff comments) so I can see if her submittal matches up with the commitment she made in order to receive the grant funds? Your cooperation is appreciated. Vale Dolphin Restaurant MSPM 99-002 Draft recommendations discussed during our meeting on 6/28/1999. VIA FACSIMILE- Doug Mcintee 561-585-2800 .
