Dear Mike,
Per our discussion today, please accept this letter as notification of our intent to install brick
pavers in lieu of stamped concrete along the right-of-way to Federal Highway and Boynton
Beach Boulevard in order to better match the existing sidewalk treatment adjacent to the site.
(Please see the attached partial copy of the site plan).
As we discussed, please make note of this revision on the Permit Set for the City.

Dear Mr. Rumph:
We represent Boynton/Federal Development, Inc. who are the proposed developers of
an Eckerd Drugstore at the northwest corner of Boynton Beach Boulevard and Federal
Highway. We are submitting an application for the site plan for the Eckerd Drugstore
concurrently with this application.
In order to accommodate the proposed Eckerd Drugstore, the developer is requesting
that the alley be abandoned. This will enable the building to occupy portion of what is
now the public alley, in addition to occupying portion of the parcel adjacent to the alley
on the west side. The owner of the existing Bud's Chicken and Seafood on the west
side of the alley has entered into a contract with the developer to sell them the east
portion of the Bud's property, which will complete the Eckerd Drugstore parcel.
As per your requirements, attached please find the following:
1. Application (3 copies)
2. Sketch & description of property to be abandoned (3 copies)
3. Abutting property owners list with mailing labels
4. Letters from utility companies (5 letters)
5. Survey showing alley (3 prints)
6. Review fee ($500.00)
The/title opinion of the alley has been ordered but is not yet completed. As soon as we
re~ive it, I will forward it to you.

Dear Ms. West:
Florida Power & Light (FPL) does have objections to the abandonment of the
right-oi-way mentioned in your July 16, 1999 letter. FPL has overhead
facilities in the alleyway that will need to stay to provide service to the
existing Bud's Restaurant, therefore a ten foot easement will need to be
granted to FPL.
If your client decides that the existing electric facilities will interfere
with the planned project and wishes that the lines be relocated. Then your
customer will be responsible for all relocation costs, setting up any outages
with existing customers, and must supply any easements needed by FPL.
Please forward to me site, electrical, paving, and drainage plans, upon their
completion, so we can commence with the final design of FPL's permanent
electrical facilities.
