requested the following parcel located at northeast corner of Golf and Congress to be considered for
Conditional Use site plan approval.
Legal Description:
A parcel of land in section 32. Township 45 south, Range 43 East, City of
Boynton Beach, Florida, Palm Beach County more particularly described as
follows: The east 460 feet of the West 510 feet of the North 380 feet of the
South 420 feet of the Northwest ~ of Section 32, Township 45 South, Range
43 East, City of. Boynton Beach, County of Palm Beach, Florida, less and
except lands described in Official Records Book 5402, Page 670.
Proposed Use:
To allow construction of a drugstore with drive- thru pharmacy.
PUBLIC HEARINGS TO CONSIDER THE REQUEST ARE SCHEDULED BEFORE THE PLANNING AND
DEVELOPMENT BOARD AT THE LIBRARY PROGRAM ROOM, BOYNTON BEACH LIBRARY, 208 S.
SEACREST BLVD., BOYNTON BEACH FLORIDA, ON OCTOBER 24, 2000, AND THE CITY
COMMISSION AT THE CITY HALL COMMISSION CHAMBERS, 100 E. BOYNTON BEACH
BOULEVARD, BOYNTON BEACH ON NOVEMBER 8, 2000, RESPECTIVELY, AT 7:00 P. M.
All interested parties are notified to appear at said hearings in person or by attorney and be heard or file
any written comments prior to the hearing dates. Any person who decides to appeal any decision of the
