In order to determine whether the access driveways are major or minor thoroughfares, indicate at all exits of the internal vehicular the average daily trip numbers and peak hour trip numbers. If the uses are unknown at this time, use the "worst case scenario" for calculations. If any of the driveways are determined to be major, provide a 100 feet "throat" in accordance with Chapter 23, Article II, Section H.5 of the Land Development Regulations. 3. The proposed service station on the corner of Lawrence Road and Hypoluxo Road does not meet the location standards, as Lawrence Road is not a four-I~me street.
