THE BUFFER EASEMENT TO BE ABANDONED IS LOCATED IMMEDIATELY NORTH OF AND
ADJACENT TO THE RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR MINOR ROAD, ORIGINALLY DEDI~ATED BY THE SAME
PLAT. THE RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR MINOR ROAD HAS BEEN ABANDONED BY APPROPRIATE
ACTION, AND THE APPLICANT WILL RELOCATE THE BUFFER EASEMENT TO BE ABANDONED
BY THIS REQUEST TO THE SOUTHERN MOST TWENTY-FIVE FEET (25') OF THE ABANDONED
MINQR ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY.

twenty-five feet (25') of the East 161.30 feet of Lot 20,
and on that portion of Lot 20 south of a line which is
the westerly extension of a line parallel to and twenty-
five feet (25') north of the south line of Lot 20,
extended to the west line of said Lot 20, all in Block
2, of CEDAR RIDGE, A P. U. D., & HIGH RIDGE COMMERCE PARK,
