In response to your request for the administrative review and approval of modifications proposed to the
above-referenced, approved site plan, please be informed that the proposed changes for landscaping
shown on the revised plans date stamped 7/28/00 are "minor", as defined within the Land Development
Regulations, Chapter 4- Site Plan Review.
This project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit application. Be advised
that the proposed change may require a modification to the building permit. Please contact me at (561)

and P-1 and P-2 (model center) are being revised by the attached plans prepared by Top Branch Nursery. I
have also included a check for the required $100 filing fee for an administrative site plan revision.
