Site Plan Modification
Dear Mr. Canavan:
Please be advised that on Tuesday, September' 16, 1986 the City
Council approved the referenced. Site Plan Modification, as submitted.
The approval of the City entitles you to construct only the
improvements shown on the site plan. The site plan will be viewed
procedurally as an as-built or record drawing.
With respect to ~he plans which bear the Community Appearance Board
stamp of approval which you received at the September 15, 1986
Community Appearance Board meeting, two sets must be submitted to the
Building Department along with other construction plans, for permit-
ting purposes. Additionally, all capital facilities fees and road
impact fees, if applicable, are payable at the time of permit.
