Dear Mr. De Lalla,
In response to your request for the administrative review and approval of modifications proposed to the
above-referenced, approved site plan, please be informed that the proposed changes are "minor", as
. defined within the Land Development Regulations, Chapter 4. Site Plan Review. This project may now
continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit application.
With regard to the submitted modified plans, please note that all dumpsters should be placed on a
concrete pad ten (10) feet wide with an appropriate depth and screened with accent shrubs (Chapter 7.5,
Article II, Section 5-J).

plan for the parking lot. last month as we were preparing our site plan, it was decided

Your permit application and supporting documentation do not comply with the City of
Boynton Beach Code of Ordinances. Prior to receiving a permit to construct or install
the requested improvements the plans and documents shall be amended to show
compliance with the below listed comments. Prior to making the changes to the plans
and/or documents please read the attached Submittal of Corrected Plans form. This
form contains important information relative to amending documents and submitting
corrected plans and/or documents. Questions regarding the comments may be
directed to the reviewer named above. If a conference is necessary, please schedule
an appointment with the reviewer. Please note that additional comments may be
generated following staff review of the ,amended plans. Timely approval of your project
is dependent upon your prompt and correct response to the information provided in this
document. Find attached, a form titled Submittal of Corrected Plans, this document
shall be properly completed and stapled to the file copy of the corrected plans when
submitting them to the Plans.Analyst.

In response to your request for changes to the approved
site plan for the Healing for the Nations Church, and in
response to your statement that we had spoken previously
about this matter and concluded that changes would be
handled administratively, I must explain that you first
must submit a revised site plan showing the intended
changes, a letter specifically detailing all changes proposed
to the site plan, and a check for $100.00 as required for a
request for a minor modification. This office will then
review the proposed changes for eligibility in accordance
vvith the criteria listed in Chapter 4. Site Plan Review. If
the request is deemed "minor", a letter will be provided to
you indicating same and your changes may then be
processed through the permit system. Of course the
changes proposed must be in accordance with all applicable
code requirements. If you have already submitted a
revised site plan and a letter requesting the proposed
changes, please contact so that we may clear up any
misunderstandings. In my absence, please direct any

defined within the Land Development Regulations, Chapter 4. Site Plan Review.
Please note that all original site plans or master plans, once approved, must be rectified (revised
incorporating and addressing all conditions on which the project was approved). Sets of rectified plans
must be submitted to this office and endorsed by all TRC members prior to receiving a building permit.
Assuming that a rectified plan for this project has been approved by staff the project may continue to be
processed by the Building Division as a permit application.
