Dear Jerzey:
Due to the required traffic flow and acceSSibility by the fire and engineering
departments, two means of ingress and egress are essential. The two points of access
are along Alpha Drive and Park Ridge Road. The driveway planned along Alpha Drive
is a distance of 110'-0" from the driveway directly south (Safety-Kleen), centerline to
centerline.
It is for this reason we are asking for a variance from the required distance between
driveways. This special condition is not the result of any action by the applicants, but
rather, the result of land sales over the past few years
Similar varrances from other property owners have been previously obtained as it is the
only way to achieve acceptable lot coverage and develop smaller lots.
