This project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit application. Be advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to the building permit. In the event Martins receives notice of nonconfonnity as contemplatec:l by the preC:eeling sentenee~ Martins warrants and represents that it shall provide written notiCe to SNS. RecoRied notice of nonconformity by Marlins shall act as a termination of the parking easement gran1ed to SNS. 8.
