the release of that portion of the utility easement in a.R.B. 1868, Page 887 in
~ub'ic Records of Palm Beach County which is in conflict with the proposed
improvements at the northeast corner of the existing building. Please be aware
that your client will be responsible to provide the necessary easements to serve
their parcel.

Attached you will find, in triplicate, our application for the abandonment of a portion of an easement for
utilities, The easement crosses a corner of the expansion area for the planned Winn-Dixie Store, You will
also find a check for the prescribed fee,
An underground investigation firm, Groundhound, Inc, has determined that the actual easement does not
contain any buried utilities, However, there is an 8" water main in proximity to the easement, also within
the building expansion area,
Exhibit "A", reflects both the existing easement to be abandoned and the relocation of the water main,
Attached you will also find the letters received in response to the notification of our intent to abandon,
Comcast Cable and BellSouth responded by telephone and confirmed that they had no facilities in the
easement. We have not had a response from your water and sewer department who advised us that they
would respond directly to you,
