RE: Riverwa1k Plaza Joint Venture Zoning Code Variance
To Whom This May Concern:
With respect to processing the above-referenced applications, and particularly establishing the
review schedule, please be informed that a minor delay is unavoidable which is attributed to the
recent changes to the Community Redevelopment Agency. The subject property is located within
the City's CRA, and in accordance with recent amendments to city regulations, all site and related
applications located within the CRA are now reviewed by this agency rather than the Planning
and Development Board. On January 10th, 2001, the newly reorganized CRA will convene and
set their meeting schedule for the 2001 year. Staff must wait until this schedule is established to
finalize the application schedule and legal notice for this project.
We apologize for the minor delay caused by this situation, and commit to processing this project
as expeditiously as possible.
