Dear Mr. Pica:
In response to your request for the administrative review and approval of drainage modifications
proposed to the above-referenced, approved site plan, please be informed that the proposed
change shown on the revised plans dated 3/20/00 is "minor", as defined within the Land
Development Regulations, Chapter 4- Site Plan Review.
This project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit application. An
engineer's certification (signed and sealed) which attests to the ability of the proposed drain-crete
paving to meet the drainage requirements as approved on the latest site plan (MSPM 98-005),
must be provided to the Building Division. Also, the proposed drain-crete paving cannot encroach
into any required landscaping on site.
