Pursuant to my conversation with Hanna Matras of your office, please accept this letter as
a request for a Minor Site Plan Amendment to the Knuth Road Stor All As requested,
please find included with this letter five (5) copies of the amended Site Plan, Landscape
Plan, Architectural Site Plan and Engineering Plans We are providing one (1) extra set as
we would like to retain a rectified set for our files As indicated in my previous letter to your
office, this is a request to relocate the approved dumpster enclosure on site Also enclosed
is a filing fee check in the amount of $10000 made payable to the City of Boynton Beach
