The SIte was approved 36,000 square (SF) of medIcal offices, The proposed change IS for the project to mclude 2,091 SF of bank use and 15,909 SF of office use m one bUIldmg and the other bUIldmg wIll remam medIcal offices. Please find enclosed Tables 1 and 2, whIch provIde the tnp generation rates used and the tnps generated by the approved project. Tables 3 through 5 proVIde the tnp generatIOn for the proposed changes. The change results m a reductIOn of 136 daily trIps, 16 AM tnps and no change m the PM peak tnps. The arclntect has drafted a proposed site plan with the contemplated change, which IS attached to tins letter along WIth the preVIously approved site plan.
