I write you concerning Lot 2 of Quantum Park. The meeting we
had with you, Bulent, and MFT representatives December 8, 1998, did
not result in the contract amendment which would have obv~ated the
need to pursue a site plan approval now
Given that the contract amendment was not done, my client has
elected to revise the submittal The restaurant use proposed is
being deleted and only a hotel use will be pursued at this time
Accordingly, the site plan application which has been filed with
the City that we had discussed withdrawing will not be withdrawn
Instead, we will be subnitting a revised plan as soon as possible
I appreciate your attention to this matter I will keep you
apprised on when the submittal will be made and call you to discuss
what needs to be resubmitted We are obviously most anxious to
move this matte~ forward as quickly as possible and appreciate your
help

Please be advised that all applications for the following land development orders and permits which are submitted on or after
June 1 1990 will be subject to the C~ty's Concurrency Management Ordinance, and cannot be approved unless public facilities
(potable water sanitary sewer drainage, solid waste, recreation, park, and road facilities) would be available to serve the
project. consistent with the levels of service which are adopted in the City's Comprehensive Plan.
