The Recording Secretary administered the oath to Mike Bauer of 611 NE 8th Avenue.
Chairman Wische read the one condition of approval to Mr Bauer who agreed with that condition. Mr
Rumpf had no additional information to offer

Mr Dube moved to approve the request for approval to abandon a 20 18 foot wide alleyway lying
westerly of and adjacent to Lots 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16, Block 1 of the Lake Addition Subdivision subject
to staff comments. Mr Myott seconded the motion
