The request was receIved from Mr Roscoe L Biby, the authorIzed agent for the Quantum
Park DR!, on July 10, 1998
The request contamed two proposed land use modIficatIOns to two separate lots, wInch are
Lots 39 and 66 The currently approved land use deSIgnation of Lot No 39 IS Office, where
as Lot No 66 IS approved for Hotel/Office use. The proposed land use designatIOns for Lot
No 39 and Lot No 66 are Hotel and Office, respectively The SIze of Lot No 39 IS 3 60
acres, and the SIze of Lot No 66 IS 3 55 acres.

that additIOnal regIOnal Impacts would result from the proposed change. The proposed land
use change to Lot No 39 IS off set by the change to Lot No 66 because the land use change
Involves a swap of land uses affectIng lots that are essentIally equal In SIze. Therefore, the
Department will not appeal the NotIfication of Proposed Change to the Quantum Park
Development of RegIOnal Impacts.
