NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the CITY COMMISSION of the CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH, FLORIDA, shall meet at 700 P M on Tuesday, November 19,1996, at City Hall
Commission Chambers, 100 East Boynton Beach Boulevard, Boynton Beach, to consider
an application for a PARKING LOT VARIANCE on the following described property'

file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Palm
Beach County, Florida recorded in plat book 60, page 106,
said lands situate, lying and being in Palm Beach County,
Florida
Less that part of plat of P C D center, as recorded in plat book
60, page 106, as conveyed to the State of Florida in deed
dated October 30, 1990 and recorded January 22, 1991 in
official records book 6705, page 1886, of the public records of
Palm Beach County, Florida, being more particularly described
as follows
Commence at the west quarter (W 1/4) corner of section 16,
township 45 south, range 43 east; thence run north 01 degrees
32 minutes 32 seconds west, along the west line of said
section 16, to the baseline of survey for NW 22nd Avenue, a
distance of 22 69 feet; thence south 88 degrees 57 minutes 47
seconds east, a distance of 1315 16 feet along said baseline,
thence south 01 degrees 02 minutes 13 seconds west, a
distance of 160 61 feet to the northeast corner of said plat and
the point of beginning, thence south 13 degrees 01 minutes 41
seconds west, along the easterly line of said plat, said line also
being the westerly right-of-way line for the CSX railroad, a
distance of 1188 51 feet; thence north 89 degrees 52 minutes
44 seconds west, along the southerly line of said plat, a
distance of 10 61 feet; thence north 11 degrees 20 minutes 09
seconds east, a distance of 1183 35 feet; thence south 87
degrees of 02 minutes 39 seconds east, along the northerly
line of said plat, said line also being the existing southerly
limited access right-of-way line for NW 22nd Avenue, a
distance of 46 00 to the point of beginning

All interested parties are notified to appear at said hearings in person or by attorney and
be heard Any person who decides to appeal any decision of the Planning and
Development Board or City Commission with respect to any matter considered at these
meetings will need a record of proceedings, and for such purpose, may need to ensure that
a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and
evidence upon which the appeal is to be based
