The comment related to the use of the tnp generation rate from Planet Ice in Palm Beach Gardens for this proposed facility Because the proposed skating facility includes an 8,500 SF restaurant, which is not a part of the Planet Ice facility, additional trips may be generated Based on discussions with County staff, the trip generation calculations have been revised as shown on Attachment 1 The driveway volumes have subsequently been updated as provided on Attachment 2 The inventory of committed land uses within Quantum Park has also been updated showing that the proposed land use and intensity are within the limits of the origmal approval of the Quantum Park DRI, as shown on the revised Attachment 3 Therefore, the proposed project is not subject to the Traffic Performance Standards.
