1 Add a proposed floor plan to the submittal Indicate on the plan that the room
layout is conceptual Identify on the floor plan, within the footprint of the
building, the appropriate finish floor elevation of the building The finish floor
elevation shall be consistent with the finish floor that is identified on the site
plan and civil plans Also, identify on the floor plan, within the footprint of the
building, the occupancy classification of the structure The occupancy
classification shall match the classification identified within the site data
Concept floor plan A4 0 with all requested corrections and additions is
now included in the submittal
2 The plans are inconsistent with respect to identifying the use of the facility
The project data indicates the use as manufacturing/office, however, within the
footprint of the building found on the site plan and civil plan, the use is
identified as warehouse/office Correct the plans accordingly
The facility use shall be identified as manufacturing/office Drawings
have been amended as required
3 Add to the drawing the finish floor information that is referenced within the
general notes number 4 found within the site date on sheet SP1 of 2 The
information shall include the following
a) From the FEMA map, identify on the plan the title of the flood zone that
the building is located within Where applicable, specify the base flood
elevation If there is no base flood elevation, indicate that on the plan
b) As the design professional-of-record for the project, place a note on the
plan that states the proposed floor elevation is above the highest 100-
year base flood elevation applicable to the building site, as determined
by the South Florida Water Management District's surface water
management construction development regulations

Per our phone conversatIons with you, we are pleased to make the Rectlfed SIte Plan
SubmIttal for the referenced project. We have made three small changes to the Approved SIte
Plan. TIle changes made were m the area of the truck wells The At-Grade truck well and the
Depressed truck wens were sWltched, That necessItated moving the SIdewalk adjacent to the At-
Grade truck well The curb return TadlUs approaci'nng the truck wens was also increased to make
the turn easier for vehicles. The changes to the landscape plans we:e to include removal, no
longer relocation, oithe five (5) eXIsting Washington Palms from the southwest comer of Park
RIdge Boulevard and High Ridge Road. The second char.ge was the relocatIon of two (2) ofme
eXIsting Black OlIve trees along Park RIdge Boulevard to the shoulder along High RIdge Road.
The last change was the replacement of the fifteen (IS) Royal Palms proposed on the proJect's
penmeter along Park Rldge Boule-yard and High R.dge Road W1tl: eIght (8) 12' heIght LIve Oak

Mr Gerlica.
Please be advised that the property identified as Lot 51-D in Quantum Park is currently zoned Planned Industrial
Development, PID, according to the official zoning map for the City of Boynton Beach.
Please also be advised that although the lot description of Office/ Warehouse use is consistent with the approved
uses within Quantum Park, the proposed use of assembly of automated machines is not included in the list of
Quantum Park approved uses. In order to have the assembly use approved as a permitted use in Quantum Park, a
use approval request will be required.
As discussed during our meeting on June 3rd, this request is initiated by a letter including a description of the subject
use and responses to the performance criteria listed in the Land Development Regulation, and an application fee of
$250

revision. Nearly every project bemg presented to the City for site plan approval and bmldmg
permit has expenenced difficulty meetmg the very narrowly defined sign program currently
approved for the Park. Please be adVised we are takmg the necessary steps to prepare the
apphcatiOn and supporting documents to modify the sign program.
Our intent IS to revise the sign program to be consistent With the current City of Boynton Beach
sign code It IS also our mtent to estabhsh a new sign program that will be consistent With the
current sign program provldmg flexiblhty allowed m the City of Boynton Beach Code With
additiOnal restnctiOns and hmltattons to mamtam the conformity for all proposed signs With the
eXlstmg signs
