drawings and completed application. The required colored exterior elevations
will be provided for the Community Appearance Board meeting
The proposed use of this P.I.D project is a two (2) story office
building. The tenants / occupants will be of a professional nature
The overall Quantum Park landscaping, water & sewer and drainage
plans have already been approved by Boynton Beach. Those approval include,
the referenced landscaping abutting the lake and road right-of-way, the
existing water and sewer service locations, the required f ire water service
flow calculations and the required drainage calculations. If you need
additional copies of this information we would be happy to provide them
to you.
