matenals, and waste productIOn outlIned m your letter to this office dated March 27, 2000
The EnvIronmental ReVIew process starts WIth the submIttal of the applIcatIOn that can be
obtamed from thIS office. Upon submIttal of the applIcatIOn a meetmg date WIth the
Environmental ReVIew CommIttee will be assigned to verify the information prOVIded in the
applIcation. The next submiSSIOn deadlme WIll be Apnl13, and the next Environmental Review
Committee meeting will be April 27, 2000 The Environmental ReVIew PermIt total fee is
$500 00, the first $250 00 paId along WIth the applIcatIOn submIttal, and the balance to be paid at
the end of the process.

1 Revise the "Metal Standing Seam Roof' behind all entry pediments to a "Canvas and
Metal Frame Structure" The canvas system will be of the same color as onginally
approved for the metal roof (to match <'Blue Lotus" #5S73D MAB Pamts)
2. Omtt entry pediment SIde wall m-fill panels. Owner would prefer not to have enclosed
mches at entry as an issue of safety and crime prevention.
3 Entry doors at Pediment areas revised from double door units to smgle door unit WIth
larger side 11ght panels 10 keep glass area the same.
4 Offill \\>1ndc',us at "East ElevatIon" which were in the manufa.ctunnglwarehouse area
part of lha building. These wtndows have no fimctional value and were a point of
possible forced entrv that could be eliminated with no adverse affect. The devatJon

Kimmel Construction proposes to develop an Office/Industrial building with 5,356 SF of
Office and 27,732 SF of Industrial use on Lot 6 of the Quantum Park m the City of Boynton
Beach The site is located on Quantum Boulevard. Access to the site is via two driveway
connections to Quantum Boulevard
The proposed development is projected to generate 244 daily trips, 44 AM peak hour trips
and 48 PM peak hour trips as shown on Attachment 1 Driveway volumes are provided on
Attachment 2
The Quantum Park DRI is an approved project, and is considered a Previous Approval under
Article 15, Traffic Performance Standards, of the Palm Beach County Unified Land
Development Code (ULDC) The proposed land use and mtensity are within the limits of the
original approval of the Quantum Park DRI, as shown on Attachment 3, therefore, the
proposed project is not subject to the Traffic Performance Standards.
