In response to your request dated October I, 2003 for the administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following . Construction of 1,733 square foot addition to the Car Wash building for paint prep and paint booth (as depicted on the attached drawing) Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised plan date stamped 10/01/03 are "minor" as defined within the Land Development Regulations, Chapter 4- Site plan Review This project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit application, subject to the following conditions 1 Restoration of site landscape to match the site plan previously approved This work shall be coordinated with the City Forester to take into consideration the growth habit of the missing species in order to determine the size and specification of replacement material 2. Adequate screening of the proposed new operation and outdoor storage of vehicles in the staging area for the new operation to a height of not less than five (5) feet along the fence line This buffer shall extend from directly west of the existing building to the north entry drive 3 Maintenance of the cocoplum hedge along the fence line in a natural state as opposed to box cut, to help with the screening of the new operation .
