Re-configuration of traffic circulation and parking layout. 86th entrances to the site have been shifted to align with the existing median cut in Quantum Boulevard About half of the parking was re-configured to reflect this alignment. As a result of this, we have r.educed the amount of "Dead-end Parking" which assists in'traffic circulation throughout the site .
