1 At the north dnveway show a nght turn only pavement arrow and a nght turn only post sIgn. Also
show dIrectIOnal arrows WIthm the south dnveway
2. On the details sheet and sIte plan show the locatIOn of the wheelstops at the end of the 16' parking
spaces (see CIty Standard B-9800l (attached) Also correct the handIcap parkmg detail and the
stabIlIzed grass parkmg detail.
3 In the "tYPIcal handIcap parkmg detaIl" delete the reference to a blue pavement background.
4 If the front entrance IS for passenger drop-off It should be handIcap accessible conformmg to 4 6 6
& 4 7 of the accessibIlIty code ProvIde a satIsfactory sectIOn through the area deplctmg the
accessible path.
5 SpecIfy a 12" mmlmum subgrade on all details on the CIvil plans. [LDR Chapter 23, ArtIcle II.Q]
6 Locate the sectIOn arrows for sectIOn C-C
7 Correct sectIOn B-B to reflect penmeter berm on configuratIOn.
8 Replace the "Do Not Enter" SIgn WIth a "one-way" arrow SIgn for greater dnver visibilIty
9 PrOVIde a "D" curb detail conformmg to DOT Index 300 Delete the note referencmg "extruded curb
(typ) Also delete note 7 (constructIOn notes) on the SIte plan.
10 Clanfy the finished surface material (SIte plan mdlcates "concrete dnve typ" mcludmg note 6 - CIvIl
plans mdicate S-3 asphalt.).
11 IndIcate 4" whIte stripes at a 450 angle withm the handIcap aisles.
