residential uses The subject site represents a multi-family reSidentIal component of a conceptual
Master .p.lan described as Quantum Village, now known as Quantum Grotto Bay at Bermuda Place
The developer proposes the constructIon of eIghteen (18), two-story bUIldIngs contaInIng 272 rental
apartment UnIts on Quantum Park Plat 6 lots 59 - 61 located on the east Side of Quantum Lakes
Drive Two of the proposed buildIngs would be constructed on portIons of a 20-foot utilIty easement
dedicated by plat to the City of Boynton Beach (see ExhibIt "B" - Proposed SIte Plan)
The developer IS requestmg the abandonment of the above-referenced 20-foot dedicated utIlIty
easement located at either Side and along the diVidIng parcellme between lots 60 and 61, to facilItate
the development of the project
