This application IS in response to a TRC staff comment requesting abandonment of this easement
as part of the Grotto Bay @ Bermuda Place site plan approval In order for this application to be
processed on the same time table as the Grotto Bay approval, I respectfully request that this item
not be required to be heard at TRC, but proceed directly to the next available Planning &
Development Board meeting on October 10, 2000 Please let me know If this is acceptable to you
