No Comments BUILDING DIVISION. 1 Add a color code symbol to each surface material that is shown on each detar! drawing including the Hotel only sign Each sign detail has been color coded with the color key titled "Quantum Corporate Park Signage Finish Schedule" 2 Remove the text "and City of Boynton Beach" from the last item identified in the finish schedule Text has been removed 3 Add the text "Quantum Park" before the word "architectural" in note 2 Text has been added 4 Spe'lI out and identify what P O.A. represents I recommend that P O.A. be removed from the text and replaced with Quantum Park Architectural Review Committee The "P O.A." references have been removed from the plan 5 Add to the submittal a sample document that represents what Quantum Park Architectural Review Committee approval looks like A 'sample' approval letter is attached 6 Add to the submittal a sample document that represents what P a.A. approval looks like The referenced to "P O.A" has been removed from the plans and this comment no longer applies 7 Add the text "Site signage" to the title box of the drawing Indicate within the title box the person who prepared the drawing Mr Michael Rumpf November 4, 1999 Page 3 Text has been added and Bergmann Computer Services shown as the preparer of the plan 8 Omit from note 5 the text "considered on a case by case basis" and replace It with "approved by the Quantum Park Architectural Review Committee" Text has been replaced in note 5 9 Add the following text as the last sentence to note 7 and 8 The setback dimensions for the site signage shall comply with the regulations identified in the City of Boynton Beach Sign Code Text has been added to notes 7 and 8 10 Add a note 9 that would indicate whether the overall height, length and depth/thickness dimensions identified on the drawing are the maximum or are they required for each type of sign Note 9 has been added stating that the height, length and depth dimensions are the maximum allowed for each sign type 11 Add a side elevation drawing to each type of sign detail drawing Identify in feet and inches, the depth or thickness of the sign Side elevation details have been added to each ~ of sign Please note that the Tenant Identification - Multiple "A" and the Pancake House sign side elevations are indicated as 'typical' under the Tenant Identification - Single detail 12 Add to the sheet a detail drawing of the site sign that is located at the vehicle inspection station Identify the color scheme, length, height and thickness of the sign, and indicate its type or category in the plan, and wether it can be repeated This sign is identified as the typical Tenant Identification - Single signage A note has been added to this detail stating that the finish on the vehicle inspection sign varies and that once the use on the parcel changes the sign will be required to conform to the approved signage program Mr Michael Rumpf November 4, 1999 Page 4 13 I recommend that directional signage and directory signage be added to the request. The detail drawings for each shall include the color scheme, length, height and thickness of each type of sign Reference that the Sign Code shall govern the quantity, location and maximum area of the directional and directory signage Note 11 has been added to address this comment. Directional signage IS already included in the approved signage program and a detail of same has been added to the plan 14 The plans indicate that the single tenant and multiple tenant signage will not be illuminated This comment is correct. 15 Submit color samples of all material A color samples for key number 1, Pine Grove M-46-009 is not obtainable Sherman Williams no longer makes this color and the finish schedule remark states that the Pine Grove color is to be matched in mar polyurethane or equivalent compatible finish Color samples of the Beige and Tomato Red are in the process of being obtained from the local 3M Commercial Graphics Salesperson and will be provided as soon as received 16 Identify on each detail drawing that the height dimension is measured from finish grade A 'finished grade' notation has been added to each detail 17 Show or specify on the drawing the landscaping that is required around the base of each sign Identify the species, size, spacing and quantity including stating that the material will be irrigation with an automatic irrigation system Note 10 has been added to the plan to address this comment.
