CouncIl IS m receIpt of the 1997 annual status report for the Quantum Park development of
regIOnal Impact (DRI) dated Apnl 6, 1998 QuestIOn 4 of the annual report form asks the
applIcant to provIde a summary comparIson of development actIVIty proposed and actually
conducted for the reportmg penod as well as cumulatIve total of development proposed and
actually conducted to date ExhibIt C was attached to address questIOn 4 of the annual report
form, however, land use categones were not dIVIded mto the categones approved for the
proJect. Please separate the Industnal and CommercIal development mto two separate land
use categones and provIde the reportmg penod and cumulatIve total of development
proposed and actually conducted.

Attached please find 12 sets of plans for the above referenced project, revIsed pursuant to the
TRC comments. I have addressed each mdIvIdual comment as follows,
1 Response: Only palm trees wIll be placed WIthm the utilItIes easements and the
landscape plans have been revIsed to mdIcate same No canopy trees WIll be placed m
any utIlIty easements on the SIte
2 Response: Dept. of Health permIts WIll be acqmred pnor to constructIOn.

Dear Mr Rumpf
It IS proposed to obtain site plan approval for a 60,753 SF office buildmg for Lot 52 which is a portion of
the approved Quantum Corporate Park Development of Regional Impact (DRI). The DRI IS located north
and south of Gateway Boulevard between Congress Avenue and 1-95 m the CIty of Boynton Beach, The
specIfic SIte IS located in the southeast quadrant of the mtersectIon of Gateway Boulevard and the western
leg of Park Ridge Boulevard.
The approved DRIMasterPlan has approvals for 1,685,772 SF of office space, ofwluch 171,712 SF has
been constructed or connmtted. Therefore, the proposed office use IS Wlthm the approvals of the
development Because tlus office IS a portIon of an approved proJect, It IS not subject to the CountywIde
Traffic Performance Standards. Therefore, no traffic statement IS reqwred and the project should be
approved as proposed.
For Impact fee and dnveway asSIgnment purposes, the daily trIp generation for the SIte IS 614 trIps based
on the approved DR! trIp generation rate of 10 1/1,000 SF AM and PM peak hour dnveway volumes are
shown on Exhibit 1 for informational purposes.
