ThiS "Extended Stay" faCIlity will comprise 104 studio sUites consisting of 305 square foot floor area with a small kitchenette designed to provide extended stay accommodations for working proviSions on typically two-to-four week arrangements outside their home office location - 2 - The appl icant also requests approval to change the current approved use for Lot 66 from hotel/office to office only The change for Lot 66 would mitigate any Impacts created by the change for Lot 39 The attached Quantum Corporate Park Master Plan indicates the changes requested for Lot 39 and Lot 66 6 Complete the attached Substantial Deviation Determination Chart for all land use types approved in the development. If no change is proposed or has occurred, indicate no change. No change to the DRI is proposed other than as set forth In paragraph 5, above. Because of the multiple land use designations on many of the lots within the DRI project, the Applicant submits that completion of the Substantial Deviation Determination Chart would not be productive. 7 List all the dates and resolution numbers (or other appropriate identification numbers) of all modifications or amendments to the originally approved DRI development order that have been adopted by the local government, and provide a brief description of the previous changes (Le., any information not already addressed in the Substantial Deviation Determination Chart). If so, has the annexing local government adopted a new DRI development order for the project?
