Development Order wluch have been approved. A. March 7, 2000 - Amendment No. 10 On March 7, 2000, the City of Boynton Beach ComrrussIOn approved Amendment No 10 to the Development Order by adoptmg Ordmance No 00-02 Amendment No 10 added a "MIxed-Use" Land Use DeSIgnatIOn WhICh mcludes office, commercIal and resIdentIal uses. The Amendment sImultaneously mcreased the commercIal mtensItIes and decreased the office and Industnal IntensItIes. The SImultaneous mcreasIng and decreaSIng of the land use IntenSItIeS resulted In no addItIonal regIOnal Impact most notably by not mcreasmg the total traffic generated. As m Amendment No 9, vanous other land use deSIgnation changes were approved as part of the Master Plan Amendment.
