WHEREAS, a Development Order (the "Development Order") (Ordinance No, 84-51) was
adopted by the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach (the "City") pursuant to Chapter 380,
Florida Statutes (1995), relating to that certain property (hereinafter the "Property") located in Palm
Beach ColUlty, Florida, more particularly described in the attached Exhibit "A" t and also described

This NOTICE OF AMENDMENT TO QUANTIJM PARK DR! (Developm~onal
Impact) DEVELOPMENT ORDER (the "Notice"), is hereby provided this ay of

developer of the Quantum Park DR!,
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, a Development Order (the "Development Order") (Ordinance No, 84-51) was
adopted by the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach (the "City") pursuant to Chapter 380,
Florida Statutes (1995), relating to that certain property located in Palm Beach County, Florida, more
particularly described in the attached Exhibit "A" (the "Property"), and also described in the Notice
of Adoption of Development Order recorded May 2, 1985 in Official Records Book 4534, Page
1728, of the PublIc Records of Palm Beach County, Florida, and
WHEREAS, the Development Order was mochfied by the City by the adoption of Ordinance
Number's 86-11, 86-37 and 88-3, notice ofwluch was recorded February 25, 1988 in Official
Records Book 5584, Page 1273 and Ordinance Number's 94-10, 94-51, 96-33 and 96-65, notice of
which was recorded in OffiCial Records Book 9679, Page 532, all of the Public Records of Palm
Beach County, Florida, and
WHEREAS, Developer desires to provide record notice of a further amendment to the
Quantum Park DR! Development Order
NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with Florida Statute 380,06 (1997) notice is hereby
given that the Quantum Park DR! Development Order has been further amended by the City's
adoption of Ordinance Number 097-20 on June 3, 1997
The Development Order, as amended, constitutes a land development regulation applicable
to the Property
The recording of this Notice shall not constitute a lien, cloud, or encumbrance on the
Property, nor actual or constructive notice of any such lien, cloud, or encumbrance,
