B Quantum Associates may file an amendment to the DRI in connection with a sale
of a portion of Quantum Corporate Park to the School Board of Palm Beach
County consisting of the southernmost 1 19 acres of Lot 41A and Lots 41B, 41C,
42A, 42B, 43 ana 43A, 44 and 44A, 45A, 45B, 45C, 53, 54, and approXimately
3 5 acres of Park Ridge Boulevard

On November 12, 1987, Quantum Associates files with the City of Boynton
Beach a request for Amendment to the Park's Master Site Development
Plan, together with a request for a finding that the amendment did not
constitute a substantial deviation under 380 06( 19), Fla,Stats (1987) This
application was also filed with the Department of Community Affairs and
with the Treasure Coast Regional Planning Council. The Amendment was
approved by the City of Boynton Beach on February 2, 1988 The notice of
Modification of Adopted Development Order was recorded on February 25,
1988, in Official Records Book 5584 Page 1273, in the Public Records of
Palm Beach County
2 On July 7, 1986, Quantum Associates filed with the City of Boynton Beach
a request for Amendment to the Park's Master Development Site Plan,
together with a request for a finding that the amendment did not constitute
a substantial deviation under the 380 06( 19), Fla,Stats,( 1985) This
application was also filed with the Department of Community Affairs, and
with the Treasure Coast Regional Planning Council, The Amendment was
approved by the City of Boynton Beach on October 21. 1986 The notice of
Modification of Adopted Development Order was recorded on December 2
1986, in Official Records Book 5090 Page 510, in the Public Records of
Palm Beach County
3 On January 21 1986, Quantum Associates filed with the City of Boynton
Beach a request for Amendment to the Park's Master Development Site
Plan, together with a request for a finding that the amendment did not
constitute a substantial deviation under the 380 06( 19), Fla,Stats, ( 1985)
This application was also filed with the Department of Community Affairs,
and with the Treasure Coast Regional Planning Council. The Amendment

a "Significant Deviation" under Chapter 380, Fla.Stats Commitments as indicated in the

allow development to begin and proceed as expeditiously as possible
