The Amendment was approved by the City of Boynton Beach on February 2, 1988. Improvements have been completed for 2,500 sJ. and construction IS in progress for an additional 2,550 s.f. As to Lot 55, Pubhx Super Markets, Inc., completed construction of the Pubhx Distribution Center, and a Certificate of Occupancy was issued therefore. b) c) As to Lots 46B, 46C, the south 71.53 feet of 47B, 47C, and 47D, construction is in progress by Safety-Kleen Corp for a Safety- Kleen ServIce Center d) As to Lots 20 and 20A, the City of Boynton Beach approved the constructIOn by Stiles Construction Company of an Allstate Insurance Center e) As to Lots 41 C and 42A, the City of Boynton Beach approved for construction a facility for Motorola. f) As to Lots 72A and a portion of 72B, the City of Boynton Beach approved the construction for Systems Control, a vehicle mspection statIOn. Construction is currently m progress for the facility As to Lot 51B and SIC, the City of Boynton Beach approved the construction for Flonda Power and Light Company, an electrical sub-station.
