As part of the annual report reqUIred under Section 380.06 (18), Florida Statutes, the
developer shall proVIde a lIst of all mdustnal tenants, includmg a descnptIOn of theIr
actiVIties and the four dIgIt standard industrial classification codes applicable to the
operation. A copy of this lIst shall be proVIded to the Department of Environmental
Regulation, the South Flonda Water Management DIstrict, the City of Boynton Beach,
and the agency delegated the authonty for mamtammg, updating, and verifying the
master files for hazardous waste generators in Palm Beach County

2. On November 12, 1987, Quantum Associates filed wIth the City of Boynton
Beach a request for an Amendment to the Park's Master Site Development
Plan, together WIth a request for a finding that the amendment did not
constItute a substantIal deVIation under 380.06(19), Fla. Stats. (1987). ThIS
applicatIon was also filed WIth the Department of Commumty Mfmrs and
with the Treasure Coast Regional Planning Council. The Amendment was
approved by the City of Boynton Beach on February 2, 1988. The NotIce of
ModIfication of Adopted Development Order was recorded on February 25,
1988, in OffiCIal Records Book 5584, Page 1273, m the PublIc Records of
Palm Beach County

completed by LakesIde Commons Associates with a Certificate
of Completion Issued for the buildmg shell on August 27, 1990.
Improvements have been completed for 2,500 sJ. and
construction IS in progress for an additional 2,550 s.f.
As to Lot 55, Pubhx Super Markets, Inc., completed
construction of the Pubhx Distribution Center, and a Certificate
of Occupancy was issued therefore.

construction is in progress by Safety-Kleen Corp for a Safety-
