Regarding the development activity Within specific lots Within the Park, the following actiVIty was conducted by developers other than Quantum Associates. a) As to Lots 4, 4A, 4 B, 5 and 5A, constructIon of Phase II was completed by Lakeside Commons AsSOCIates? b As to Lots 46B, 46C, and the south 71.53 feet of 47B, 47C, 47D, construction was completed by Safety Clean Corp. for a Safety Clean Service Center dUrIng 1991 with a Certificate of Occupancy (89-4673) Issued 12/9/91 c. As to Lots 20 and 20A, construction was completed during 1991 of an Allstates SerVIce Center with a Certificate of Occupancy (90-4270) Issued 9/11/91 d. As to Lots 41C and 42A, constructIOn of a faCIlIty for Motorola IS no longer anticipated. e. As to Lots 72A and a portion of 72B, construction of a vehicle InspectIon station for Systems Control was completed during 1991 with a CertIficate of Occupancy (90-2653) issued 7/11/91 f. As to Lots 51B and 51 C, constructIOn of an electrical substatIOn by flOrIda Power and Light Company was under constructIOn during 1991 with completion expected dUrIng the second quarter of 1992. g. Florida DOT commenced constructIOn of the interchange at Northwest 22nd Avenue and Interestate 95 during 1991. Completion IS anticipated In the 4th Quarter of 1992. h.
