As you are aware, we have been in the process of restructunng the Quantum Corporate Park
whIch unfortunately resulted m a delay m the subffilssion of thIS report.
Please be assured that we have already begun preparatIon of the report for 1992 which
is due on February 15, 1993 It is our intent to make sure that the annual report filings are
henceforth made on a tImely baSIS.
We very much apprecIate the understandmg and cooperatIOn whIch you and the City of
Boynton Beach have shown us dunng this transItion period. We look forward to continuing

request for a finding that the amendment dId not constitute a substantIal deVIation
under 380.06(19), Fla. Stats. (1987) ThIS applicatIOn was also filed with the Department
of Community Affairs, and with the Treasure Coast Regional Planning Council. The
Amendment was approved by the City of Boynton Beach on February 2, 1988. The
Notice of Modification of Adopted Development Order was recorded on February 25,
1988, in OfficIal Records Book 5584, Page 1273, in the Public Records of Palm Beach
County
3 On July 7, 1986, Quantum Associates filed with the City of Boynton Beach a request
for Amendment to the Park's Master Site Development Plan, together WIth a request
for a findmg that the amendment dId not constitute a substantial deviatIon under

Commons AsSOCIates?
b As to Lots 46B, 46C, and the south 71.53 feet of 47B, 47C, 47D, construction was
completed by Safety Clean Corp. for a Safety Clean Service Center dUrIng 1991
with a Certificate of Occupancy (89-4673) Issued 12/9/91
c. As to Lots 20 and 20A, construction was completed during 1991 of an Allstates
SerVIce Center with a Certificate of Occupancy (90-4270) Issued 9/11/91
d. As to Lots 41C and 42A, constructIOn of a faCIlIty for Motorola IS no longer
anticipated.
e. As to Lots 72A and a portion of 72B, construction of a vehicle InspectIon station
for Systems Control was completed during 1991 with a CertIficate of Occupancy
(90-2653) issued 7/11/91
f. As to Lots 51B and 51 C, constructIOn of an electrical substatIOn by flOrIda Power
and Light Company was under constructIOn during 1991 with completion
expected dUrIng the second quarter of 1992.
g. Florida DOT commenced constructIOn of the interchange at Northwest 22nd
Avenue and Interestate 95 during 1991. Completion IS anticipated In the 4th
Quarter of 1992.
h. Kurt G loa, Inc. has purchased Lot 51-A to construct a parkmg faCIlity for
employees at Its eXIsting manufacturing facilIty located adjacent to the Park.

The Developer and the City of Boynton Beach are in substantial compliance with the
Development Order for the calendar year 1991. There have been no items or matters that
would be classIfied as a "Significant Deviation" under Chapter 380, Fla. Stats. Commitments
as indIcated in the QuestIon No.8 were maintained and progress continued on all matters
necessary to allow development to begm and proceed as expeditiously as possible notwith-
standing the general downturn in market conditions in the area.
