A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
ABANDONING ALL EASEMENTS.. IN CONNECTION
WITH THE REPLATTING O~AT NuMBERS_. ,r=.~__
AND 7 LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF
INTERSTATE 95, BETWEEN THE BOYNTON CANAL
AND MINER ROAD EXTENDED, SAID PROPERTY
BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED
HEREIN; AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE A DISCLAIMER FOR SAID
EASEMENTS; PROVIDING THAT THE ATTACHED
DISCLAIMER BE RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC
RECORDS OF PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA;
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, David S Pressly, Esquire, agent for Quantum
Park of Commerce, has requested the abandonment of the
hereinafter described easements; and
WHEREAS ,

comments have been solici ted from the
appropriate City Departments; and
WHEREAS, public hearings have been held before the
City's Planning and Zoning Board and the City Commission on
the proposed abandonment; and
WHEREAS, based on the foregoing information, the said
easements no longer serve any useful purpose
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT:
Section 1
The City of Boynton Beach, Florida, by
and through its City Commission, does hereby abandon all
certain easements located in the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, attached hereto as Exhibit "A"
Section 2
The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute and deliver the attached
Disclaimer and cause the same to be filed in the Public
Records of Palm Beach County, Florida.
Section 3
This Resolution
shall take
effect
immediately upon passage

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida, a municipal corporation, under the laws of
the State of Florida, does hereby abandon and disclaim all
certain easements, situated and located in Palm Beach
County, Florida, attached hereto as Exhibit "A".

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning & Zoning Board of
the CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, will conduct a PUBLIC
HEARING on April 12, 1988 at 7:30 P.M. at Pineland Plaza,
Commission Chambers, 211 S. Federal Highway, Boynton Beach
to consider an application to ABANDON an easement submitted
by property owner, Quantum Associates, a Florida General
Partnership, on a parcel of land more particularly described
as follows:
1. All easements dedicated to the City of Boynton
Beach and/or the Public located on, upon, across
Lots 41, 42, 43, 44, 44-A, 45, 45-A, 46, 46-A, 47,
