Amended Ecological Plan for Quantum Park On September 4, 1986 the City Council approved the Ecological Report for Quantum Park This action was a requirement of the Development Order, approving the Park. Subsequent to the Council's action, the Treasure Coast Regional Planning Council recommended that changes be made to the Ecological Plan before they would consider approval. To that end, you will find accompanying this memo, a copy of the amended Ecological Plan. This amended Plan incorporates the comments made by staff and the Treasure Coast Regional Planning Council Therefore, it is recommended that the Council approve the amended Plan, consistent with the Development Order ~. ,~ :s r:- .
